Our Products

What materials do you use?

Our babywear is made from 95% Premium Bamboo Viscose and 5% Spandex, offering a soft, smooth feel with a touch of stretch. Our bedding is made from 100% Premium Bamboo Viscose. Visit our Fabric & Care page to learn more.

Are your products certified?

Yes. The bamboo fabric used in our babywear products and our finished bamboo bedding products are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, which tests for harmful substances. 

Are your products suitable for newborns?

Our products are designed with little ones in mind. Please refer to the sizing and age guidance on each individual product page to find the right fit for your baby.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We do our best to restock popular items. If something you love is out of stock, feel free to contact us and we will let you know if a restock is planned.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend referring to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and age guidance. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up to allow room for growth.

Do your items run true to size?

Our sizing is designed to be true to the age range stated. That said, every baby is different — we recommend checking the measurements on our Size Guide for the best fit.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel on its way.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We process orders promptly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is being processed.

Fabric Care

How should I wash my Bryn x Bun items?

We recommend following the care label on each product. For general guidance, use a gentle wash cycle with mild detergent, avoid bleach, and air-dry where possible away from direct sunlight. See our Fabric & Care page for more detail.

Can I tumble dry my items?

Where possible, air-drying is recommended to help preserve the fabric's softness and shape. If using a tumble dryer, please follow the care label on your specific product.
