We hope you and your little one love every Bryn x Bun piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below carefully before getting in touch.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with all tags still attached
- Free from marks, odours or signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
- Once approved, please send your item(s) back to us within 3 business days of receiving our confirmation.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bryn x Bun is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome. We offer the following options:
- Refund: Issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Exchange: Subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, we will discuss alternative options with you.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit to use on a future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right as quickly as we can.
Please note: Bryn x Bun reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated above.
